Refund & Returns Policy: Keeping It Blooming Simple!
At Just Keep Blooming, we encourage you to trust our team’s creative magic for the most stunning floral designs. After all, flowers are delicate and unique creations!
Here’s what you need to know:
Flowers are perishable and may naturally change in appearance within just a few hours of delivery. Because of this, flowers cannot be returned or exchanged. We are responsible for the cost of the flowers only up to the point of delivery and confirmed receipt. Once they’re in your hands, factors outside of our control take over.
Returns & Refunds for Perishable Items
1. Same-Day Issues Only:
Please report any issues the same day your flowers are delivered. After hours? No problem—leave us a message, and we’ll follow up on the next business day.
2. Damaged Items:
If your flowers are damaged during delivery, we’re happy to replace them!
3. Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not issued.
4. Quality Only:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there’s a quality issue or if you received the wrong order entirely (e.g., all wrong flowers or the wrong size). Minor substitutions, missing stems, or different vases are not grounds for returns, as every arrangement is one-of-a-kind.
Substitutions: Let’s Get Creative!
1. Out of Season or Out of Stock:
If a flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a similar bloom to maintain the look and feel of your arrangement.
2. Need Something Specific?
Call ahead to check availability if you have a must-have bloom in mind.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Order Accuracy:
Double-check your delivery details (address, date, time). Incorrect details may result in additional charges for redelivery, and we can‘t issue refunds for deliveries made to the wrong address.
2. Gift Orders:
If you’re sending flowers to someone else, it’s your responsibility to ensure the order is correct. Request delivery photos when placing the order if needed.
3. Pickups:
Picking up your flowers? Once they’re in your hands, we consider the order complete. If someone else is picking up for you, ensure they know exactly what to collect and provide you confirmation that your order is as expected.

2. No Response at Delivery:
If no one answers the door, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot and notify you. From there, the flowers are your responsibility.
