FLOWER DELIVERY POLICY

At Just Keep Blooming, we are all about delivering - literally. We know the importance of San Antonio flower delivery in all areas and are dedicated to your blooms arriving fresh and fabulous. Local flower delivery fees within Bexar County range from $5 to $15, depending on the zip code. Alamo Ranch flower delivery is always no additional charge for zip codes 78253 and 78254.

Delivery Goals:

We strive to deliver smiles right on time. Here is our general timeline:

1. Schools: Deliveries completed by 2:00 PM.

2. Businesses: Deliveries completed by 4:00 PM.

3. Residences: Deliveries completed by 6:30 PM.

While we can't promise an exact delivery time, we do everything we can to keep your flower delivery punctual. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once our driver returns and marks the order complete. The email will include the exact time your arrangement was delivered.

Special Delivery Details:

Out-of-Area Deliveries: For orders outside our Bexar County local delivery area, a minimum $10 fee will apply.  Please contact us as these orders require pre-approval.

Express Delivery: Need flowers ASAP? We offer same-day, express, and even after-hour delivery (where available) to homes, hospitals, and funeral homes.

Helpful Reminders:

Email Confirmation: Be sure to provide a valid email address so we can keep you updated on the status of your order.  

Substitutions: Sometimes, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or unforeseen delays. We'll always aim to match the arrangements overall aesthetic (look and feel.)

Weather & Traffic: Weather conditions, traffic, and tricky routes may impact delivery timing, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

If the Recipient is not home:

For residential deliveries, if no one is available to receive the order you sent, our driver will immediately notify you and leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot. Alternatively, you will be given the option to opt for re-delivery on the next business day for an additional fee.

Holiday Deliveries:

To guarantee your flowers arrive on time during busy holiday seasons, we always recommend placing your order at least one to two days before these major holidays:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Please note that we are available for a limited number of deliveries on the following holidays:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Anniversary Flower Delivery:

Celebrate your commitment to love with our after-hours flower delivery service option. We are available to transport your gift after 6 PM to the location of you provide for an additional fee.   Surprise your loved one with a delivery to your celebratory location at the San Antonio Riverwalk, restaurant, or hotel of your choice.
